i'm a fan of taking the scenic route. like, in life. i'm not one to rush through things unless i really have to. i like stopping, and looking at the trees and monuments and stopping at local restaurants to hear a funny story about the locals, and then get a complimentary piece of pie. but what i realized today is that i like the scenery too much. i ( Read more... )

now that the weather's (finally) getting nicer i'm getting a camp mood. i mean, when am i not? but i mean the weather and the smell of outside and everything make me think of camp (because i don't do that enough already or anything). ive actually considered packing a few times, then realized that'd be stupid. i still havent unpacked one of those plastic drawers i have. the one that was full of crap i obviously dont use because ive only opened it two or three times and it probably wasnt even to get anything out. (i just realized where all my bathing suits are ( ... )

i pray to any sort of god that he doesn't google his name and stumble upon my lj as melman stumbled upon rad's myspace.
because if he did, i'd never be able to look him in the eye.

what kind of places do you go to that the locals tell you stories and feed you pie?? That reminds me of a Boy Meets World Episode.
I guess that's like how a misty, warm morning reminds me of camping. Summer has the best smells to remember. You know when you won't miss ypur friends, next week. It'll rock...your mom.
