This morning when I woke up I decided that the long hair/beard phase was over and I shaved my head down to a 1/4 of an inch, then I killed the beard. In thirty minutes I went from the longest my hair has ever been, to the shortest. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet but the truth is I was planning on doing it all along. One extreme to the next
