I actually had a really good time tonight, I allways do in the end... it's not so much the holiday, just the days leading up to it that hurt. I spent about 6 hours with my whole family, like all 16 of my cousins and everything and it was really awesome... This time of the year allways makes me reflect on my friends, and the truth is... despite any differences we may sometimes have, I wouldn't give them up for the world. :)

I got a bunch of the people on my list gifts, slowly Christmas-stress is releasing me from it's cold death grip. Went and saw Amelie tonight... that movie is so incredible, I'm still sort of reeling about it. I felt really depressed after I saw it though, just really... alone.
