Going by spoilers, we know Kate is choosing between Sawyer and Jack. Why would Kate suddenly choose unless she has to choose. The next 2 weeks are going to be very bad Kate. Kate looks depressed and doesn't mention much to Sawyer. They know her past. She is going to have to choose who lives Jack or Sawyer. One of the two is going to be killed or we are at least going to be made to think that they are going to die. This could be the major event that happens that is going to make us go crazy. It adds up, rather its the case or not
