I am for all intensive purposes a cutter. Not in that goth emo way for my tortured soul. But because it is an outlet. Because it makes me feel better afterwards. Where I have deserved it. No one can hurt you as worse as you are hurting yourself..
The many scars have faded, save for three on the wrist. Very deep. It was a bad year last year.
Writing about it can make you feel better, or see what space you are in a couple of months later. Hopefully this will be a good outlet for you!
I hope that you feel better.. and it starts looking up for you. <3
