What's wrong with color coding?

NOthing.

If everybody follows it. But people don't. I have found various brushes, curry combs, and whatnot on the ground by the fence where people tack the horses. People don't put the stuff away, so the color-coding system won't work unless people put the green brushes back in the green bag...

I think color coding is great. But it only works if people follow it.

I don't have to care, because I don't groom or tack the horses, or pack the trailer. I'm just the costume maker, and I give input when asked. And take some pictures. That's about it. So I don't have to stress about the tackroom being disorganized or having grooming tools or tack "missing." That is now somebody else's problem :-)

I'm SOOOOO type-A, huh?
