First of all thank you very much to my dear friend toto_too514 for giving up her seat next to Randy :). I was fortunate enough to be seated among friends (wirthwoman, Jule2009,later2nite and predec2) at Randy's table so everyone was very comfortable with each other.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful report Rockie. Looove the gift bag you and Trish gave the cast members. Apparently they enjoyed it as well (would have loved to see GH with those pair of glasses on ;) )
I read on Linda's report that Randy waited until his order arrived and reading it again here I was quite surprised because Randy doesn't strike me as a 'steak' person ;) I think it's cute he only ate the steak but not the veggies lol
oh and I could read about G/R tippy toes moment forever... If only someone took a pic of that *sigh*

It looks like there are "tons" of pics of Gale wearing the glasses & maybe the bib too that will be posted soon (hopefully).

I will try to write up a report about that event too. Our table was definitely the fun one.

I know! I had no idea who was going to be there from LJ. The photographs were kind of a last-minute thing, too. I was glad I got to do it but yes, I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off so not much downtime, really.

Just waiting for the green light to post them! And yep, I got tons from that. I saw it happening and ran over there to snap away. :)

You are right; dinner with Randy - and old friends - was definitely one of the highlights of the day.:) And it took me a little by surprise when Gale come over to stoop down next to him, but the natural camaraderie and the obvious way they were so comfortable with each other was great to see.

The funniest part was when he described going down to Santa Monica Pier to the trapeze school, because some of us had just been down there and I was commenting how Randy wouldn't be caught dead in such a tourist trap - ha! If only!! But I think after running into him twice before and after the con in Cologne last year simply by pure chance, it was just as well we weren't there at the same time or he would have really wondered if I was following him around - LOL!

Such fun! Can't wait to see him in his new project. I hope we'll get the chance to meet up then. Take care and keep in touch.:) *Hugs* ~Kim

An unforgettable evening and vacation with friends. Gale & Randy and the casts ended up being the icing on the cake during our LA Trip. Almost as good as our Berkshires trip last August for Randy's QWAN readings.
