I've been busy (re)cleaning my house, as daughter and granddaughter have now moved out. I'm on my own again. Feeling lonely a little, and definitely missing my sweetpea, but I adjusted quite quickly to living on my own before. Give me a little time

Proper shoes with good ankle support and cushioning are key. You'll suffer badly the first few weeks on your feet...you'll flop into bed. It is very difficult to get used to and it seems your mind is consumed your whole shift with how bad your feet hurt and how much you want to sit down. It becomes easier though...your back also plays a part...not used to being in a stretched out position. If you can make it through the first few weeks and know it will get better, you'll do fine!

Thanks for your comment!!! Checked out your blog. Discovered that you only allow "friends" to post. I'm a little off the wall so perhaps you and I are not destined to be "friends". Anyway I suspect you're a lot of fun just like the Rocker so I'll leave this major (life) decision up to you!!!!

Well, I don't know how much "fun" I am....but let's give it a try! I love to read the philisophical thoughts on your journal. Makes ya think!

The reason mine is "Friends Only" is because my sister was reading my journal and started unnecessarily worrying about me and stuff. I knew she'd be obsessive (or is it compulsive?) and be checking it every day. So she calls me and asks if I've blocked her and I said "yes". She agreed it was a good idea. She knows she'd be reading it everyday if not twice a day! Ah....sisters! Gotta love 'em!

Oh man! Will I ever learn? I have got to keep my life, my thoughts, my adventures and ideas pretty much to myself.

I had a therapist once that told me that I "lead from my heart"....basically spilling myself out all over the place! LOL! She said that I should be more "centered". I guess I just need to remember that every once in a while.
