Program: Photoshop CS2
I started from this cap from Scar Tissue video
Crop it 100x100
since the base it's too dark, I duplicated it 5 times, setting all of them to screen (you could need less screen layers if your base is already light)
I duplicated then the last screen layer and set it to Soft Light 47% opacity
Layer >> New Fill Layer >> #181460 set to Exclusion
Layer >> New Fill Layer >> #9bd9fd set Color Burn
I took this gradient by
chibiusa
and I set it to Darken 88%
Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Levels
Input Levels: 0 - 1,10 - 229
Layer >> New Fill Layer >>#daf2d5 set to Color Burn 69%
Duplicate the base, drag it to the top and set it to Soft Light 28%
Sharpen and add text if you want. I wrote "Close your eyes" in FG Ang Hand 11pt
remember to play with the opacities and show me what you got if you like =D
