STEP 2: Fill layer: #d8f5fa set at color burn 86%



Fill layer: #fae9fa at color burn 100%



Fill layer: #e1e2b5 at soft light 89%



Fill layer: #872469 at color dodge 50%



Fill layer: #4cd4d6 at soft light 34%



Fill layer: #270103 at exclusion 74%



Sharpening:
Duplicate the base, leave it to normal. Then go to Filter >> Sharpen >> Smart sharpen
with these settings:
Amount: 26%
Radius 20,4 pixels
Remove: Lens blur
More accurate: checked



lower a bit the opacity of this layer just sharpened at your pleasure

and you're done!
