I couldn't find the exact base but this one is from the same scene.



Crop it 100x100
Duplicate the base twice and set both to screen, the first one to 100%, the second to 12%



New adjustment layer >> Curves
RGB: 1st (73, 138); 2nd (162, 211)



New adjustment layer >> Selective Colors
R: -55, 0, 61, 0
Y: -50, -59, 75, 0
N: 13, 0, 34, 0
lower the opacity to 80%


don't worry, it'll get prettier XDD

New adjustment layer >> Color Balance
M: -44, -51, -41
S: -40, -15, 8
Lower the opacity to 80%



New adjustment layer >> Color Balance
M: 5, -12, -24
S: 6, 6, 12
H: 0, 0, 9



New Fill Layer >> #e6d6bd >> set to Color Burn 44%



New adjustment layer >> Selective Colors
R: 0, 22, -5, 0
Y: -15, 30, 0, 0
W: 4, -75, -54, 9
N: 5, 12, 0, 0
B: 0, 7, 0, 0



New adjustment layer >> Selective Colors (the last one, I promise XD)
R: 0, 0, 11, 0
Y: 12, 0, -53, 0
W: 0, -47, -50, 0
N: -3, 0, 3, 0



New Fill Layer >> #b5d5fa. Set to Soft Light 35%
New adjustment layer >> Brightness/Contrast
Br: -5 / Contr: 25



New Fill Layer >> #201004. Set to lighten 41%
