i don't think that abortion is murder. because its not. don't get me wrong, it is a horrible terrible thing to do, it is killing and that is always wrong (unless its the death penalty but don't get me started on that.) but murder is killing against the law, and unfortunately abortion isn't against the law, as it should be. i don't want to seem

sorry annie. i cant say that i agree with this:

Its a baby. and when you get an abortion, you are killing the baby. people try to dehumanize the baby when its in the womb by calling it a fetus. it says in the Bible (they way i put it is in english today) once two people have sex and the baby is concieved, it is a human. the baby is growing inside the mother. growing limbs, moving, thinking etc. therefore aborition in murder. sorry... i dont mean to be rude but i had to tell you what i feel.

I'll have to agree with olyvia.
Abortion is where you kill the baby while still in the mothers womb. Killing is murder. You can't kill someone without murdering them. even if it is in self de-fence. therefore, Abortion is murder. It is a baby from conception, and killing it is killing a human being. I mean, why would that guy be in trial right now for TWO murders...the baby was still in the mothers womb...therefore proving that it was murder. And you know what...Abortion is not only murder, its pre-meditated murder...willingly and knowingly killing something from your own body, I don't know how anyone could do it. Pre meditated murder often gets a life sentence, or even the death penalty, but these people are doing it legally and getting off scotch free.

exactly marie, these people are doing it LEGALLY, meaning that it is not against the law, meaning that by all definition, it is not murder, it is just a cold hearted killing of a self less baby God loves. murder is the UNLAWFUL killing, and it isn't unlawful in the united states, please don't get me wrong, i think abortion is sooo horrible and one of the worst downfalls of america and i'm sad that President Bush hasn't been able to make it against the law, but it technically isn't murder, it's just killing. hopefully in the future it will be against the law, but at the moment it isn't. i agree with all of what you have said before and that, but that little technicality needed clearing up.
