I so believe this: "She likes to find out how flexible she is and sex is as much a sport to her as cheerleading. She also likes being good -at everything."

I feel bad for Quinn.

That line is def part of my overarching head!canon for Santana. I think it explains a lot about the way she can (or tried to) easily separate her feelings from it.

I feel bad for Quinn too. I think I'll revisit this verse if I'm given a good enough prompt and show the development of their "friendship" even though, IMO it's always going to be an either/or type of thing. Never fully real, but not completely fake either.
