Nick and I had organized our cds. It was neat to see all the old cds we have bought over the years. Especially the 90's rock like Nirvana Unplugged, Sponge, EverClear. We don't buy cds like we used to, now its all 99 cent songs from itunes. I kinda miss the cds it gives you are representation of the musicians art of music. There are some cds worth

i was recently surprised to learn that sponge is still active. acquired some of their new stuff, but it's not nearly as good as rotting pinata/wax ecstatic.

i keep trying to figure out of music has really become vapid and shallow compared to stuff from the mid 90's, or if we've just become crotchety old people complaining. maybe both.

I have both Rotting Pinata and Wax Ecstatic, and I agree with you, their new stuff isn't as good, I'm sure they still put on a hell of a show, always did, but I think they seem to be a little lost no a days, not sure what to do with themselves
