something about how the customer said that they werent coming back into this store and she was like 'well i dont care if they do anyways, god'...and i couldnt believe she said that because, well, shes a manager and shes supposed to be influencing people to shop there, not scaring them away

thats true, but that customer was pretty dumb. if shes offended by something, get over it. shop somewhere else, rather then creating a scene, dragging it on, and loosing more customers.
