Apartment available! Need a roommate for 4 months!

My girlfriend is going to amsterdam for 4 months, so I have a bedroom for rent! It's in a nice location in Nyack. About a 15 minute walk into town. We each pay $600. Utilities are included. You can have a cat, but no dog. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs... but not my rules! This is essentially a sublet for 4 months until she comes back on Jan 1st
