[Toph had been on her way to Sergei's when she stumbled over some weird piece of jewelry or something that someone had dropped on the stairs

[Hook had waited a while before deciding to venture out and explore the ship. And it was enormous, much more so than the Jolly Roger. He couldn't help but think only sorcery could power anything of this size.
But now, he's on his way to Sergei's just like that boy, Zeke, had suggested. That is until he spies a little girl sitting outside the restaurant. He approaches her with caution, because he sees she's holding something shiny and while he can't make out what it is right away, he'd like to see if he could get her to tell him.]
[First names work for her. 'Dear child,' doesn't. And neither does not being able to 'see' him. She hops off her stool and closes a fist securely around one of the metal legs, just in case.]
[Kate was practicing her guitar at Sergei's like most days. Currently she was playing her electric guitar, fiddling with melding the classical and metal genres like a few bands she heard in the library. Of course, she was working with pieces from her world, and was having a bit of trouble translating a piano piece to guitar. It sounded big, grand, and made one want to take on the world.]
[When she saw the girl making her way into the restaurant, fiddling with a golden crown, she paused and looked up.]
[Toph tilted her head to listen to the last strum. When it wasn't overpowering her like at the Valentines dance, she decided she quite liked music. She recognised the voice too, when it spoke. Not that that helped her when most of the voices came out of the same stupid box. But it seemed right that this voice came with music in the background.]
You're the Music Lady!
[Cue embarrassment. That nickname was not funny or cutting. Poor form Toph. Poor form.]
[Samus was making her way down from the top deck, taking the opportunity to get some exercise by taking the stairs and also checking if anything had changed on the ship. Exploring felt natural to her, even though she had already scoured the open areas of the ship.]
[When she sees the young girl fiddling with someone's crown ... Ganon's crown actually, she makes her way over to her. Samus was always protective of children, they reminded her of her past. This could get the girl into serious trouble.]
[As the six-foot six woman made her way to Toph, Toph would easily hear her footsteps. Samus was relatively light on her feet, especially since she was used to moving around with armor on, but she was far from a light-footed ballerina.]
[Samus did her best to not have a scolding tone to her voice.]
[She doesn't mean to sound rude, but it comes so naturally. Besides, she knows plenty of bad men. Being a bad man doesn't mean she should give his crown back to him.]

That wasn't surprise. Nope. Not at all. She toooootally heard this guy coming. She wanted the metal shaped that way. Yeah.]
Who're you?!
[OK so she's a little surprised. Also, she doesn't recognise this voice.]

[She continued to play, considering that the girl seemed to enjoy it, although she played lighter so it wouldn't drown out their words.]

Eh. Can't complain. There's not enough dirt around, but I found my sea legs or whatever and I haven't died yet so that's something.
You've been here a while, right?

Excuse me? Where did you find that crown?

Crown?
[It doesn't feel much like a crown anymore, but she guesses it could've been to start with. Maybe.]
I found it. Why? Is it yours?

[Was she using her power to bend the metal? Interesting ...]
