Today is the day, I picked up my CPAP this morning at 11:30, they fitted me for a mask, showed me how to work the machine, and answered all my questions. I officially start treatment tonight. Its hooked up and ready to go ( Read more... )

Well its the middle of the week, and I will start day off 2 of 2 tomorrow at some point in the morning. I got the news yesterday around 10:30am or so. Dennis called, he got the Foods Manager Position. I was happy for him, and was the first to tell him congratulations. Well, another weekend over, and it was actually a really nice couple of spring days, great for the weather, but bad for sales... The store was so slow, slow like the rink on 4th of July weekend, I don't know what the the actual numbers were but they had to be at least 30% down from last year, and that is terrible ( Read more... )

I wish I had an update on the Department manager thing, all I know right now, is they are going to make the final descision tomorrow, I am still hoping its going to be me... duh. Another weekend is in the books, nothing too special happend this weekend, except the store was incredibly busy, I had to go up front and help out as a cashier on more than one occasion. Well the Steve the Hardware manager decided to keep his department, so instead of him moving to foods, Foods Department is opening. I applied for it, even though its one of the toughest departments to manage. The upside to Foods, is it has night stockers, so most of the daily freight will be put up for me.
