OR, you could fake narcolepsy and get a prescription for Modafinil, and never sleep again.

You know, that idea does have a certain merit... How hard can it be to find some internet supplier who is less than thorough at checking authenticity of a prescription?

Probably not THAT hard, but finding one that will actually supply you the legitimate drug rather than, say, No Doz could be the tricky part. Also, it's only been tested for continuous use up to 10 days, so you should probably sleep after a fortnight :)

Well I don't won't to go crazy, so I'm sure sleeping once a week should do it.

Yep, time management help a lot, prioritising, and potentially setting aside more time on weekends or in the evenings to do what you want to do.
For example, setting a proper time to do latex eg. monday nights for 2 hours after you have gone rock climbing would help.

Less time procrastinating online :)

Alternatively you could also have a chat with your employer and see if you can take shorter lunch breaks 4 days a week and leave early one afternoon to give yourself a few hours free time. Or you could do reading on a topic of interest on the train on the way to work to also fill in your time more fully.. or listen to something audio, eg. langages.

I understand the want to do so many things and finding the balance with life.. But the good thing is, we don't have any limit to how much time we have to persue these interests.. we have years to get them all focused.

I could learn to prioritise and manage my time better, but right now, I think Anwyn18's suggestion of Modafinil is definitely the lead contender :)

I appreciate the suggestions but I already do or at least have tried all of them.

I know I haven't mentioned weekends which obviously play a big part, but I can't go locking down and planning my entire weekends as well as your week days, because that would make my life boring.

Well, do things when you have time, make time and do what you feel like doing I guess :)

The main thing is, you're learning and moving forwards ;)

This is true. I just need to clone myself while maintaining a central hive mind in order to learn and move forward in several directions at once.
