And it's daylight.... has been for the last half hour. I really need to find something to help me sleep.

EDIT: 7:16am now.. nowhere near sleepy.. but laying down. WHat's wrong with me? Insomniac much? Ugh. I can't afford help.

im afraid to try anything like that because anythign that is 'made' to help you sleep always makes me feel like shit the next morning >_

yea, i have a hiiiggghhh tolerance to everything... EXCEPT things that help you sleep, that kick my ass and i'll sleep for a day or 2.

Drink a couple beers before bed. That usually calms me down. Or you can try nyquil but that kinda leaves ya groggy in the morning.

I'd have to ask Adrian if I could drink some beers before bed. He has control over my alcohol intake now. But it may help... but i may keep drinkign it anyway. hmph. but a 6pack should be good.

and yea nyquil is a nooo-nooo for me!
