ROUND #005 CHALLENGE #09: Finals
There are THREE themes in this final challenge. You must submit one icon for each theme to qualify for this challenge.
The first theme is Sting, an English musician from Wallsend in North Tyneside. Prior to starting his solo career, he was the principal songwriter, lead singer and bassist of the rock band The Police. As a solo musician and member of The Police, Sting has sold over 100 million records, and received over sixteen Grammy Awards for his work, receiving his first Grammy for Best Rock Instrumental Performance in 1981, and receiving an Oscar nomination for best song.
This theme is also MONOCHROMATIC and must contain some type of TEXT [this does not include unreadable, tiny text]. A monochromatic image is an image with one hue. This covers all of the shades of the one hue, including black and white. Your icon cannot contain images other than the one provided in this post. However, you can use stock images, brushes, and textures.

The second theme is Dr. Hook, a band formed around Union City, New Jersey in 1969. There the band's earliest incarnation played many small clubs around the 'Transfer Station', an area of bars and restaurants advertising live music.
This theme is also LYRICAL and TEXT ONLY. You must use at least three [3] consecutive words from the following lyrics. You may not use photographic images in this theme.

The third theme is Sunrise Avenue, a Finnish rock quintet. Their style varies from hard, dynamic rock songs (e.g. "Forever Yours") to melodic rock ballads like "Heal Me".
This theme is TEXTLESS, and you must also find your own image. To help you identify the band, a gallery can be found here.

♫ You may only submit icons for Challenge #09 if you survived Challenge #08.
♫ You must submit one [1] icon for each theme. Please be sure your icons contain all necessary details for the challenge by reading each theme carefully.
♫ Your icons must conform to LiveJournal standards; 100x100 and 40 kb or less.
♫ Do not promote your icons, and do not post, display, or otherwise use your icons anywhere on the Internet until after that particular challenge is over and the results have been posted, or you will be disqualified from the round. This includes telling your friends about your icons.
♫ You cannot use a bye [skip] in this challenge. If you do not submit your icons on time, you will be disqualified.
