Okay, I just saw that the first downtown Boston Krispy Kreme is opening on April 15th. I have off work that day. Good thing or bad thing?

Out of curiosity, since I've never tasted a Krispy Kreme, where is it gonna be?

It's going to be in the Prudential Mall. There are already ones open in Medford and Dedham.

I also did not understand the allure of the Krispy Kreme having only had a stale one from a snack bar. But someone brought fresh ones to the Superbowl party and they really do just melt in your mouth.

At the Prue? Ugh. That's not near anything. I thought it'd be near downtown crossing, because that's where everyone is. (In my world, at least, because I used to work there, you see?) I feel obligated to try one at some point. We shall see.

Absolutely the best thing ever. I'm such a Krispy Kreme fan. Lemme tell you, at 2 am, when they're fresh and you're not so sober? Food straight from the gods. Seriously.
