Yes, I would wear this to prom, because prom is supposed to be fun, isn't it? And this just screams fun to me. I like it because of the combination of pink and black together, and the shoes are great too, aren't they? I think it would be comfortable, and easy to have a good time in. It doesn't seem like it would be restricting, that's why I would most definitely wear it.
