erase this image off me

can i erase that image inside my brain ? can i just ctrl + del that image ? it is making me go crazy everytime i see that image ! can i just restore the previous setting ? maybe things would turn out in a different manner. fuck la, just get a new system and move on. this post is so IT. haha.
