Today I've been a mom for two weeks. Two weeks ago on the morning of my 30th birthday, I felt a pop in my uterus and had that moment of realization that my life was about to change forever. Being pregnant prepares you somewhat, but never as much as holding your actual child in your arms

he is such a darling handsome gift created from the love and shared genetics from two remarkable, very special people. he is lovely, christina! happy living. i am so happy and proud of you! also, if you ever want to entertain yourself with other first-time moms your age, my cousin dondi has been updating their moments as first time parents since first discovering they were gonna have a baby! jack will be a year in december! and it's enjoyable :) you get to see the southern side of my family keepin' it real in jersey.
