"Youths jailed over fire attack" - via news.com.au

They set fire to a disabled man in his home. That man is still in hospital with horrific injuries. The convicted "youths (the youngest being 19)have been sentenced to only 5 years for a criminal act described as being as a result of boredom

The act itself is a horrific one, there really is no excuse for what they did to that victim

I take your point about the media. To a certain extent the media's role is to bring public scrutiny the injustices of the world. I'm the first one to agree that sensationalism more often than not will get in the way of the truth
