Highlights:
O'Henry's, sassy hotel, BTE concert, BTE walking through the crowd RIGHT NEXT TO US to get to the stage, being a bead whore, seeing tons more parades than last year, drinking huge 10 dollar hurricanes, being drunk and walking around the french quarter, me and Nessie screwing the system and peeing in Pat O's, jambalaya, house of blues and eating the yummiest burger while listening to the Go-Go's, seeing Sean Astin aka RUDY aka Samwise Gamgee, having a new quote of the day every single day, sweet potato pie-sweet pooootaatoooo piiieeeeh, HOUSEKEEPER!!, ok those heels ARE RIDICULOUS, cafe du monde, fatburger, our drunk friend on the corner of Royal and St. Peter, HAIL BACCHUS, Brooke making me dieh laughing screaming Hail Sean Astin! Hail Elijah Wood!, sassy boas, flea markets, voodoo shops, telling the religious freaks that YES we do know Jesus Christ, our friend Sam from Virgin, Nessie constantly saying to him OH SAM!!, trying to find a homeless person to give food to, watching Brooke and Nessie try to stealthily give a homeless man food, woo-ing SO MUCH that I sound like a teenage boy, watching the guy trip up the stairs at Wendy's when Nessie and I ate there, Officer Faux-Lijah, Faux-Lijah in a slicker, not being charged for parking
Lowlights:
Tom Petty she-male at the Orpheus parade, every single person near us during Bacchus when we were standing on Poydras and St. Charles, the fact that the conceirge failed to tell us the parade went right outside our hotel, seeing Elijah Wood, throwing up hurricanes and beingets, the one lone chunk of beignet that was stuck in the back of my throat after puking, having the shits, being clocked in the eye with a huge anal bead, someone spilling their drink all down the back of me, walking back to the hotel in a downpour of rain
