I don't know if you can even do that. I know that you can take them off you friends list and do a friend's only type thing so they can't comment, or report them.

i did all those things once for a user, and havent heard anything from them since. so do that.

i think you have to do the ban user from commenting in your journal, through deleting their comment that option will come up. otherwise it's just a matter of making your entries friends only, and taking them off your list.

i just figured out how to ban them without them commenting. that was hard work. :)
