I find it hard to believe that a lot of winter stuff is already out in the stores. I bought Daphne this really cute fleece outfit on Zulily the other day and then stumbled upon one for Colton yesterday at Kohls. I almost have everything needed for their winter wardrobe besides a new hat for Colton and some boots for both kids? I have girl winter

Money's always pretty tight for us, so when I see a good deal or something on clearance I grab it! I try really hard to shop ahead that way I can stretch our money out a little :)

Even if they don't boots are good to be a size or two up so you can easily stick some extra socks in there. Especially with the winters we get sometimes in New England.
