You're so organized! My meal plan for the week involves buying a loaf of bread, a lot of tomatoes, and having tomato sandwiches most nights. Maybe some corn on the cob on the side. Maybe I'll throw in a salad with some chicken from the rotisserie next door. :) Sometimes we'll order a veggie pizza, no cheese, and eat the leftovers for four days.
I used to cook a lot, but it's probably less than once every two or three weeks that I do anything that could be called "cooking", and way less in the summer. I like cooking, but it's hard to imagine doing that every night! You are definitely organized :)
