Thanksgiving

What a day. I mean what other day am I allowed to stuff my face with turkey, ham, green bean casserole, sweet potatoe casserole, some special carrots, rolls, two types of pudding/jello things, 5 types of pie, miniature pecan pies, multiple appetizers, and the other items I left out and live to tell about it

I have had this exact thought. I've also thought about Christmas and wondered what it might be like if--instead of buying gifts for everyone we know--we poured those dollars into meeting the vital needs of those who truly have nothing. Really puts things in perspective, doesn't it?

Hey it really does. Hmmm... haha, I still always reserve something when I think about that stuff. Doing what seems practical and doing what is right is always a battle I guess.
