...or does every song on December Underground sound like it should have been recorded by an AFI side project?
Don't get me wrong, it's not BAD - but it irks me to know that it's AFI on that CD.

I love the new AFI. I think that they are finally letting their main influences take a hold of their writing. I can totally hear The Smiths and Depeche Mode in there. I love all those bands and i love their melodies and hooks. With AFI they make such drastic changes between each album that i have learned to not expect anything but different from them. But it is always good no matter what.
