Today i heard, during my lunch break, a promo for a radio stations "Hairspray Cafe". Its an hour long show featuring screeching 80's hair metal. anyway, the promo was carl from ATHF proclaiming: "I don't NEED instructions on how to rock!"

today, 103.3fm (buffalo) played among their 10am 'nine from the 90s' set, 'welcome to the terrordome' by public enemy (mind you, this is a "rock" station, so i was just plain confused). my racist inbred coworkers flipped out, and it was hilarious.
