I gave blood yesterday with carl, dave, and deanna. Not only did i give blood, but i gave a double shot of red blood cells which involves being hooked up to the apheresis machine for 30 minutes. they take blood out, separate the plasma from the red blood cells, then put the plasma back. the plasma looks like pee. the only drawback is i have to ( Read more... )

Oh jeez....good job dave! What happened? Was it that low iron thing, or whatever it was??

Nah my iron was fine. I filled up the full bag really quick too, my body just didn't appreciate the blood loss. :(

that shit HURTS. But I would do that. I would also give a kidney to a close relative or friend. But if I die, and you all harvest my organs, I don't care if I'm dead or not - YOU CANT TAKE MY EYES!!!!!!
