The younger kids are back in school. And suddenly, work has picked up. I'd say that summer is really over, except for the fact it's still blazing hot. OK, it is a bit cooler in the early morning, but not the crisp fall days I remember from my own youth

Looking forward to the matrithon fics.

The book round-robin sounds really interesting. It's quite an undertaking, so congratulations on its successful conclusion.

It was a lot of fun, and for the younger members especially, a very valuable learning tool re: the dynamics of writing. In fact, the site owner is working on a version as a teaching tool for middle schools and high schools.

The party was fun too, but oddly quiet as everyone was just sitting around reading!
