Time for more goodness in the shape of pictures of my lovely pals in Birmingham. The whole bunch of us went to Subculture at the Carling Academy and had a full night of enjoyment and goodtimes. As the designated photographer I wont be appearing on any of these pictures, but I'm sure I looked drunk and horrible anyway, so this is just best for

So yeah, here we go with the Top 10 list of the best albums from last year, which was a great year for the music crazy side of humanity. A lot of great new bands emerged and a lot of old bands topped themselves, with some bands being overly hyped only to be forgotten quickly (Arctic Monkeys). Seeing as I haven't really written anything proper in

Yeah,.. so.. yeah. It's been a little while, has it not? I know, I know. But here's the thing; I had essays in, then I went to Sweden, then I came home and had exams and then when that was over and done with me and Erica started peeking at houses and found a beautiful one together with some frengers of ours - 12 of them, actually - but now that is

Some people claim the spawn of Satan himself works in customer service. I have a hard time believing that Satan would let something this stupid rumage the earth:

A while ago one of my favorite blogs was shut down for reasons I still have some trouble understanding. The bog was accused of singling out people in a certain workplace (Ikea) but I never really understood how that alone would lead to its inevitable apocalyptic ending. That blog was my good friend Mats's Dallas II

Tom DeLonge would love to be canadian, so he could play in a postrock band. He would also love to be Bono. Two polar opposites in music, and if you are an ambitious rock star stuck in the middle I'm sure it's frustrating. Especially if your "roots" are in a band that mainly gained fans because they weren't ashamed to show their pubes in public. Tom

Why is everyone in the world trashing Rudebox? I have yet to understand that a world who salutes a Take That-reunion with open arms will spit at this close-to amazing postmodern album. Does not compute to me. Out of 17 songs, half are ranging from "good" to "great", the rest is a mishmash of experiments, piss-taking, irony, humor only this time
