i officially hate my boss. there, i said it. she's been out of town for 10 days, and things went so much more smoothly around here. i got to do more than just deal with the money and checkout. i learned how to check in, and how to do holds... we finally got through the back log of holds that were sitting in cardboard boxes around the library...
