so after a long 5 year hiatus im going back to school this spring. im at a point in my life where i dont go out much anymore, ive grown comfortable in my environment and some extra stimulation would be a welcome change in the past, my efforts toward this goal were noble in a sort of idealistic way, but my lust for the chaotic sort of always got in

I am going back in the spring too, and my choices are psychology or business/finance!!

I LOVE business, but psychology is so interesting. I would rather poke both my eyes out than be an engineer.

So I am taking these hypnosis classes. Its freaking awesome. This is really pushing me more towards psychology. Its just so interesting. There are lots of these hypnosis seminars, some are one day affairs and others are weekend-long workshops and practice. I am completely enthralled. I dare say hypnosis is the most powerful skill to have in the world, aside from being able turn lead into gold.

Finance is so cool too. But... I dont think I want to be an accountant. I DO want to know more about money handling and investing tho. Bigtime. Not that I have the money to invest yet. But I better find some somewhere. Soon.

our thoughts are almost identical on this.

the more i read about neuro-psychology the more i feel compelled to study it. a really facinating area with alot of potential for ground breaking discovery.

the business/finance degree is the part of me which wants to know how to hypersufficiently handle money, diversify it and make my money work so i dont have to be enslaved to poverty.

the engineering degree is probably not my cup of tea, but there is an inquisitive side of me that likes to build shit. although admittedly im probably not cut out for it.

but i like using bad words when they arent appropriate. i like making them into nice things just to confuse people. im the freakin robin hood of bad words. i rob their bad intentions and give them good intentions in return. i am the liberator of language.

Ever thought of some sort of occupational therapy? Then you could combine the first two into one. I hear the market's pretty good right now, and it's a little better envirornment than purely office stuff.

Just a thought - I have no idea what's required in the degree, but I have a friend who does it and loves going to work every day.
