I think they actually did think people would take it seriously, which is what makes it great. Cult movies/television shows/albums/whatever are born, not made, and their apparently sincere intentious are what provide both the charm and the irony of this whole debacle.

That was so freakin' amusing. I especially liked "I got robbed by two men". The thing is, they won't be able to understand whatever is said to them in return. Like "don't move, or I'll kill you". Thanks for sharing that! lol

Precisely! In truth, there is much more that's wrong with those sketches than what I outlined above.
