So today is Spring Cleaning day here at the Newmark household. Mostly it involves removing all of the beguilingly crappy furniture that we've neglected (including a wood-encased television and a piano that makes a genuinely horrible noise when you play it) to sell on eBay, cleaning out our rooms and closets, and taking care of the nine huge boxes

I have a box which I've kept personal things in it, such as my first diary that dates from 2000-2005. Has A LOT in there and sometimes I just like to read it and see how I've changed as a person, and remember all the good times. But I think the main reason why I refuse to chuck it out is because I have things in there about this guy who I've known since 2003 and even though we've both moved on with our lives and rarely see eachother anymore, it's nice to hold on to those memories (good or bad).
