We came in second place in the tournament last night. After beating the team once that night, it became a really close 2nd game (we had to beat them twice in order to win in double elimination) but they won in overtime. Eh well

Congrats on 2nd place! How many teams in the league? Our playoffs start in two weeks, and we're currently well-ranked, but we'll see...we've definitely gotten our butts handed to us more than once. *But* I am gradually getting able to throw from third to first! (I play third, which was probably not the best decision on the part of our "coach".) Yay muscles!

Good luck with the move...so it looks like I won't be able to make it back to K-town before you leave :(. You coming back for Labor Day?

Well boo on you not coming home. I may be back in town for Labor Day. That seems so far away now. But I figure with a real job I can leave Friday after work and go back Sunday sometime. You'll have to come hang out for a weekend if you have some free time. You'll have your own room and bathroom. All kinds more space than last time you stayed with me! ;)
