My little brother & I actually talked about the same thing after we saw A Knight's Tale. Theres a lot of guys out there tryin to pass for real cowboys, but they don't really understand whats behind the whole thing. They are more like weekend warriors, lacking the kind of commitment & passion it takes to actually live and breathe rodeo. Its awesome that there is someone out there still who understands the whole thing.

I just always start to feel bad when she comes around. It really, really sux. Sometimes,I think Im nuts, but then again,I just get too attached...I mean I wont just date anyone, and when your that picky, its hard to forget about it."

Hi Josh, my name is Carey and I was referred to your journal...and I am left with only one word....WOW. I'm truly impressed, you're an incredible person, keep writing because I would LOVE to keep reading your entries! I live in CO and love rodeo...however I don't compete in it. I could try barrel racing, but it's so typical. I want to ride roughstock....kind of a far-fetched dream but I'll be damned if I don't at least try it. It's tough to get into though...a lot of people refuse to put a girl on a bronc, but I hope that someday I could tour with the WPRA. You're entries are very inspirational, and I look forward to reading more. Oh, and about Jamie, I'm very sorry. It sounds like you really loved her. If you'd like to contact me, I'm at redneck_girl86@lycos.com. ;-)
