[ The post finds Applejack out on Route 32 with Winona, who's become quite big and rangy for an eevee. The foxlike pokemon is moving low to the ground, precise and calculating. She is pretty impressive. Never thought of training a Pokémon like a pet before.

Training's training, ain't it? Besides, just battlin' pidgeys and rattata all the time gets boring, not just for Winona but for me, too! Herdin' is exciting, challenging, and different every time we do it!

[ She looks down at her eevee. ]

Ain't that right, girl?

She super duper is! Just like Winona back home! [She crouches down to pet the Eevee grinning. Instead of simple pets though she ruffles Winona's fur with both hands and tugs gently on her ears.]

[Aaaand then he actually watches the feed. And. ... well, that's impressive. He places a hand to his chin and looks down to his own eevee with a look of utter contemplation written all over his face.] ... could you do that?

[The eevee clearly gives him a look that reads 'are you trippin'' on so many different levels.]

Very. This one here could take a few lessons from Winona. [Said with a bit of an affectionate gesture, but the eevee still remains unsure. But then again, he's always unsure.] You're pretty experienced yourself, though, if you could teach your pokemon skills like that.

Well, I used to round up a lot back home with my doggy Winona--we even saved Ponyville one time by turning away a stampede!
