Your friend wouldn't want you to be sad. Instead, she'd probably be sending all of her support to you, regardless of the distance.

[That sigh only causes Sasha to frown, even though Applejack can't see his physical response.]

Keeping all of your emotions in check is a good thing, however...if you keep doing that those feelings will eventually consume you. Maybe, this is a time you can get mad at the world, if it makes to feel better.

But Johto ain't done nothin' to deserve my being angry at it. And you're a part of this world too, now--I can't be mad at you, we just met. And I've made lots of other friends here...

I guess I just figure that I gotta get used to this kinda stuff in the long run.
