This is sad and disappointing and worrying

"Due to illness Colin Morgan will not be performing in The Tempest this evening.

He's been sick for quite a while now and this would have been the last show.

That's very disappointing. I hope he feels much better soon.

If Colin doesn't take some time off to get well he's gonna pull a friggin Jim Henson on us. Tracheitis is not something to mess around with or he could wind up in hospital on a vent.

*worries*

Very worrying , I hope he hasn't done further damage to himself, or it's become pneumonia, or ended up in hospital
It must be pretty bad for him to miss out on the final performance.
Hopefully the Globe did not let him perform the other night without the Doctor's OK.
We all know he's very health-conscious, but he has also said that he when filming (of Merlin) finishes, he does get run down. Time for a nice break to take it easy and de-stress

I'm sad for him - I'm sure he's hating that he had to miss those performances. I just hope he hasn't done any serious damage to his throat. When we saw him he was belting things out despite already having a hoarse throat and that was back in May.

Hopefully he can have a rest now and get himself back to fitness before his next project.

I was there last night sobbing into my programme!
Such a shame Colin missed the finale, I hope he recovers and comes to my local theatre for another play to make it up to me! I enjoyed the play without him but there's no denying he was the reason I went. The cost of tickets, hotel, train and other expenses involved in going to London for te weekend plus leaving my 7 month old overnight for the first time took their toll!

Can't wait for Quirke now :-)
