We knew it was comin' for awhile now, but it's always a shock when someone like the Pope dies. He was...a great man, although my family was never one to hang the Pope's pictures on the wall like family. I mean, Mom is not even Catholic; she's UMC (United Methodist) and I think Carlee might be following her lead. So me and Dad are the lone ( Read more... )

Just wondering, but where do you want his successor to take the church? I mean would you like to see the church become more conservative or more liberal?

And I've been meaning to ask, what sort of dog do you have?

I'm sorta torn on that. *shrugs* On one hand, I am conservative, I'm a Republican, I voted for Bush. But. A few things that've happened in the past few months...might've changed my mind. I mean, I don't wanna go into it over comments. But feel free to IM me.

He's a rottweiler! Picture of him here. Purebred, got him from a breeder in Germany. Just trained him. I'm insanely proud of the little guy. *grins*

I will ('cause now you got me wondering.).

Is your dog chewing on the chair or just resting? Great dogs; I considered a rott when I was dog shopping.

And by they way, I TOTALLY get that little sister thing. *laughs*

'kay. It's ChimesSeven. I ain't online right now, but I could be.

Aw, no - Zeus doesn't chew on anything. He likes restin' his chin on the chair like that. Looks uncomfortable, but that's his favorite place to be when I'm cookin' dinner or otherwise in the kitchen. They really are great dogs; he's such a sweet little guy.

*grins* Yeah, you got one too?

Yeah, Ben. I saw Sin City. Bruce Willis's role is amazing. It made me teary-eyed. It's the performance of his career, I think.

No kiddin'. I saw the previews and it just looks amazing. Especially seein' wide-screen previews when I went the Ring 2 - man, it's even better in the theaters. Really wanted to get out and see it this weekend, but y'know, the Pope, etc. Lotsa good movies comin' out lately, but this one looks the best.

the Methodist church (don't go there often, though - it's a little too liberal for my tastes.)

It's not that liberal, Ben!

I totally understand about little sisters! Jordan isn't even that much younger than me and she can totally be annoying!!

I'll kiss whoever did that casting, honestly.

...Boys.

Methodist or United Methodist? A little different. UM's probably the most liberal of em all.

*grins* What? Jessica Alba's hot.

You are so male.

Aw, man, Plax went to MSU, how'd I forget? I would've rubbed in UNC's victory a lot more last night...

Sin City looks good. Gonna try to see it in Albuquerque. Or wherever I end up doing that rehab game.

*smirks* Rubbed it in? Why do I care? I had UNC on my bracket, yanno. Just Plax was pissed, that's all.

It looks AWESOME. All-star cast, man. Elijah Wood's playin', like, a cannabalistic killer, which is awesome, cause Carlee's in love with the guy, and I hope it gets disgusting so I can tell her about it. Ha.

Did you take UNC to win it all or Illinois?

Such a good big brother...

roethlisberger7 April 4 2005, 02:18:53 UTC
Well, neither. I went with my Duke boys. S'who I was hoping would win, y'know. Obviously didn't happen. Bet you took UNC, didn'tcha? They were so tempting, man, but.

Aren't I though? C'mon, she'll be 16 soon. I'ma buy her a car.

I'd imagine he is. And, well, can't say anything bout that...some of us are religious, some aren't.
