It was probably the best class I've had in a while. Apart from the fact that I had all my friends in it, the teacher was pure awesome

Hehe, this takes me back to my high school English classes. Our conversation were much the same sort of thing, and our version of Nolan was so special, he missed the affairs in The Great Gatsby.

I also recall a class discussion comparing two texts, where most of what we came up with was "they have words" and "they're printed on paper"... I think we were protesting having too many tests on the same day or some other such thing you can get away with sort of in high school, but never again. (-;

How can you miss the affairs in that book? Did he think Gatsby just died because Wilson was jealous of his parties?

That was what we ended up doing pretty much for our multiple choice questions. Oh English...

You know, he was the sort of guy who could've missed the gay in Brokeback Mountain. But we loved him for it. (-;
