Mayfield? Is the state we're located unfamiliar? [1950s. Well, that explains why it looks familiar still.] That would explain why things seem so calm. The war ended by now.
Steve Rogers. I'm not sure if I should be feeling welcomed here or not though.
[He raises an eyebrow at the other's language, but doesn't say anything about it. He isn't exactly soldier material at the moment, even if he's probably rather healthy now, serum or not.]
I don't think that necessarily means you should disregard your health even if you've felt worst. It's better to make sure you're okay.
[As Steve passes by the bakery, a young lady opens the door holding a box of pastries. She has it open and isn't looking where she's headed. It's still reflex for her to pass through objects like when she was a ghost, so she ends up running right into him, squeaking in surprise and dropping the box.]
[First reaction? To grab that box before it hits the floor! At least the training still paid off, even if he looks kind of ridiculous catching that in his scrawny state.] Oh no. I'm fine. I apologize though. I think I almost ruined whatever you were carrying out.
[Holding the box out a little sheepishly.] I'm perfectly fine, you don't have to worry.
Oh, wow! Nice catch. Ha, I swear I'm not usually this clumsy. Sometimes I'm just not with it, especially after the week we had here. [She takes the box from him, looking just as sheepish.
Peeking inside, she smiles, and takes out a cookie.] Oh, they're okay! Here, have one. I owe you that much. They're really good, I promise.
Last week? Did something big occur? I guess you can say I'm not up with the times. I've somehow arrived here this morning honestly.
[He takes one, smiling softly.] Thank you, but you really didn't owe me anything. I'm just glad that you weren't hurt or that I didn't ruined your purchase.
[Iceland is sitting at the kitchen table playing with his iPhone and eating cereal. As such, it takes him a minute to recognize one of the drones has changed, and is in fact no longer a drone. He looks a little caught in the headlights when he realizes.]
[He's staring back at Iceland. Oh. This is...kind of awkward.] I...think I've somehow ended up in your home? [How else is he supposed to explain being stuck in some unknown location right?]

'The war ended'? You sound like you were there.

I guess that would be a good guess. I fought in it.

So, on his way to work, he decided it be best just to fly.
Steve get's to see him try to land, not far off from where he is now.
The flying man lands on his feet, with too much speed, tumbles and rolls before laying out flat on the sidewalk. Groaning.]

Are you okay? No injuries of any sort? [He's hoping it's just a bad fall.] Let me help you up, sir.

Thanks, ☠☠☠☠, that could have gone better.
I'm okay, I've hit the ground harder than that before.

That being said, I'm still relieved you're okay.

[This is not the best explanation but Iceland has never had to do this before.]
