beep beep buffy freak coming through :-[
this is my plan of where to visit once i get to california. pictures are included so hi under cut :*
first off it's time to head to torrance,ca where i'm going to sunnydale high school (( the real school name is torrance high school [thanks Robyn! :*] its located at 2200 west carson street. )) where i shall touch the railing where xander fell under in "welcome to the hellmouth," and the tree giles walked into in "earshot." and other spots of course. i will take pictures with them :'( i'm such a fan man.
still in torrance,ca i'll visit where they filmed.. the town hall of former mayor richard wilkins, III (( 15411 crenshaw blvd. )) gotta love that evil clean guy.
on 32nd street in san pedro theres a buddist temple, behind that temple is where they shot the final scene in "grave" [again thank you Robyn! :*:*!]
next... the summers home (( 1313 cota drive. but keep it quiet bitches :* )) i won't go and knock on the door since people live there.. but i'll take a picture of me in front of it.. and take other pictures :(
time to go to culver city where the sony pictures plaza what does this have to do with btvs or ats? well silly its wolfram and hart! :) (( sony pictures plaza, 10202 w. washington boulevard. ))
time to head off to los angeles. where we shall visit the angelus rosedale cemetery (( 1831 w. washington blvd. and yes its angelus! hee )) they used this cemetery when they needed a a bigger more impressive cemetery instead of their usual cemetery which was located in their parking lot :)
heading north toward hollywood we will come to the.. los altos hotel and apartments, a.k.a. the hyperion hotel, (( 4121 wilshire blvd. )) home to angel investigations until the end of season four. :)
staying in los angeles... yet there are no pictures for the next place but its griffith park (( 4730 crystal springs dr. )) where they filmed the scooby gang resurrecting buffy.
staying near griffith park we are going to go to the ennis-brown house (( 2607 glendower avenue. )) it's the house they used for an outside look of angel's mansion
time to visit the powell library on the ucla campus. i'm only planning on seeing the library since they used it for uc sunnydale in the season four opening "the freshman"
heading west to santa monica, to the santa monica pier. this is where gunn and fred went looking for vamps in the angel episode "loyalty." gunn and fred took connor to the beach by the pier in the episode "benediction." gunn and fred also staked the vamps in the carousel building by the pier. yay.
a block or two from the pier is the third street promenade, an outdoor shopping mall. in the season six buffy episode, "entropy" buffy and dawn go shopping here but can't buy anything because of dawn's shoplifting.
since the sunnydale town has officially been torn down in the studios.. my tour of being a buffy freak is complete. :(
