Everything offshore is already washed away, the freeway into to the city is broken in at least three pieces. and the death count is at over 130 last time I checked. The emergency response people are using their staff boats to sleep refugees in too. If this happened before Mardi Gras I think the deaths would be over a thousand already from all of the people but the city is still going to take years to rebuild.
